Returns Policy – Cloud Beauty

Returns
We accept returns only for defective or damaged products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — new, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To start a return, please contact us at orders@cloudbeauty.co.uk. Returns must be sent by mail to:

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and full instructions. Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us straight away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a refund and place a new order.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at orders@cloudbeauty.co.uk.
